Pizza's are made to order and to say they are good is an understatement, we've been ordering the same one every Friday for more than ten years. The accompanying salad in the kebabs is fresh and hard to beat.

Located on Shefford High Street, the Shefford Tandoori has been voted one of the top 5 Indian restaurants in the UK. Owned for more than 25 years by the same family you will struggle to find a better place for Indian food.
Food is always really fresh and tasty. The take-away service is very good too. We love it here.

Lemon Plaice
Also located on Shefford High Street ,Lemon Plaice is a highly recommended fish and chip shop, but allow yourself some time. Every order is cooked fresh to order, which means the food is always piping hot, fresh and very tasty, but you may have to wait for your order. That said the chips are some of the finest we have ever tasted and worth the wait.

New Rays Chinese Take Away
Just a few doors from the Shefford Tandoori, New Rays Chinese Take-Away on Shefford High Street is very good. On a Saturday night the wait can sometimes be extended as people drive from miles around to order here. The food is very good, my mother in law loves the King Prawn Curry (prawns are huge) but everything is very tasty and fresh and again worth the wait.
